Creative Energy is a skill Teachers and Parents rely on to create new and exciting ways to teach an old or new lesson. Finding fun lesson’s that keep your student(s) attention is hard enough without things happening out of your control. Although teachers and parents have traditional, digital, and audio teaching tools in can still become difficult to drudge up the energy and inflection in your voice when your mind is clouded with any type of negative emotions. This article should give a few ideas to help remedy Creative Block.

When you have so many worldly distractions making noise around you, how do you regain your focus and nurture your creativity?
Here are a few ideas to help your Creative Energy Rejuvenation in a chatter and stress filled world:
1) Take a walk outside and clear your mind by taking in the moment and enjoying the nature surrounding you.
2) Immerse yourself in an entertaining book unrelated to education and allow your mind to escape into the story.
3) Go to a mall or shopping center on your break and window shop and help your mind refocus.
4) Have a Daydreaming Session about a vacation you have taken or looking forward too explore.
5) Exercise at a good pace for 10-20 minutes and bring your heart rate up and sweat out your stress.
6) Meditate each morning and evening for 5-10 minutes envisioning yourself surrounded by peace & tranquility.
7) Watch a comedy and laugh your stress and worry away and rejuvenate your creativity.
8) Recite Creative Affirmations each morning to start your day. (I am a Creative genius; I always create the best activities for my students) etc.
